  Townlynx have nice bus drivers and cheap prices which is great. However it feels like the overall company cares more about its competition with Arriva than actually standing as a company and caring about its customers.
  For example, a few weeks ago (The 9th of December I believe), the 28, 1:35 bus did not come.
  It is not only until after the bus did not arrive that the 1:35 bus was not running that day. It was freezing cold, there was snow the week before. The only indication that the bus was not running was on the internet.
  For me this was not a problem. But there was a large amount of elderly people waiting for the bus, in the cold, who don't know how to use the internet. I had to explain to them that they would have to wait an hour in the cold.
  Also, for some stupid reason, the bus time table for the 28 bus is in bus stand 3. The bus actually picks you up in bus stand 2. This change confuses people and puts them off using the bus.
  And finally, please give warning when the time table is going to change/routes are cancelled. There was no warning about the Connahs Quay - Flint bus stopping. Which caused more than a few issues for me. And the 28 bus changed in the summer last year with no warning so I had to wait for 30 minutes which was just inconvenient.
